Please note that at the present time we can only ship to an address within the USA.
Order Processing
To learn more about an item you are interested in, simply click on “detail”. To purchase, select the color and size and click on the “add to cart” button, which will show you your shopping cart contents. Here you have a choice to continue to shop, refresh display, go to checkout or empty your cart. Once you have completed your selection click on “Check out now” at the bottom of the page. This will lead you to a secure online purchase form and you will be able to submit your order, once you have filled in all the blanks on this form. You’ll receive an email confirming the receipt of your order and information concerning the status of your order. Our customer service team will make every effort to fulfill your request.

Shipping
Geiger offers FREE GROUND shipping on all orders shipped UPS ground in the continental United States (including Alaska in areas where ground shipping is available). Please note that Hawaii is being shipped via Air and is NOT free of cost. Packing and handling costs are included in the price of the garment. Prices for special shipping requests are determined by method of shipping (ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) and the number of garments. Orders are generally shipped in 5 business days from receipt of order unless an item is out of stock. We will attempt to notify the customer via email if an item is out of stock or will otherwise be delayed.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to GEIGER. We do, of course, ask you for some personal information in order to provide you with the services you request. However all personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. We will not sell or rent your personal information.
Return Policy
Returns must be sent back to us within 15 days of their arrival at your location and need to be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Upon the return of the goods GEIGER will apply a credit to your credit card for the full amount of the good excluding the return shipping charges. Please note that returns can only be accepted for merchandise that has not been worn and has all tags still attached.
